As first-time homebuyers, my partner and I were overwhelmed by the process, but Virginia made it a very pleasant experience. From securing our loan to inspections and appraisals, there were a lot of moving pieces and many things to consider. Virginia was prompt in her communications and kept the process moving at every point. Not only did she communicate well with us, but she maintained constant communication with our realtor and other important parties. Exceptional customer service. This is my third loan with EPM. This last closing was a prime example of how EPM puts customers first and leads them through many different difficult situations with not only integrity, but also perseverance. Many ups and downs, multiple rescheduled closing dates, but yet EPM stuck through every second.

Nick did a great job helping me and my family do everything we needed to do to get this loan done. It was frustrating at times but when isn't buying a house frustrating? Due to market conditions the rate was higher than expected but none of that was his fault at all. We were dealing with some past credit issues and also the market took a turn for the worst... Would recommend him and EPM still in a heartbeat as they went to bat for us multiple times.
