Kristian is great! He is easy to work with, answers emails/texts/calls promptly. In fact, you can tell how hard he works and how knowledgeable because he communicates so well! He is patient when it comes to explaining details to a novice and moves fast when he needs to get things done. He was the best part of my home buying experience.
