Nick has treated every client I have ever worked with him on a mortgage which is all of my sales pretty much like they are family he’s very much treats everybody respectfully and does a great job communicating. Nick is the best Curtis Swanson is also fantastic as well as Mike Minari.

Would you tell us what made it GREAT? MARIA, MARIA, MARIA!!! she is the reason our transactions are smooth from the beginning to the end, she does her due diligence assuring the buyer is ready in all aspects not just credit (work history, savings, UW, etc) before issuing a letter to start their search. That makes my job easier. When I receive a GO shopping from Maria I know I can just close my eyes and get things done without any doubts or hesitation of a bad file.
