Virginia called, emailed or text (even after hours) anytime there was an update. I never had to find her or wonder what was happening with the loan for my buyer. Virginia held my buyer's hand through it all and was able to think outside the box when things got tough for the buyer. Most importantly, she got us to the closing table and now we have a VERY happy new homeowner!

and the process of the mortgage became very confusing she was asking for documents we sent documents but apparently it wasn’t what she was looking for she waited till the last minute to call us to get the documents she needed I believe The process would’ve been a lot easier if she had called earlier and took care of the confusion the communication was poor with Jadrianna
