Dan was very attentive and understanding. He was able to explain and walk us through the home loan process in a very simple and efficient manner. Even when we had a few hiccups during the process, he was prompt with his response time and helped us to resolve the issues. My husband and I were very pleased with his professionalism and quality of service.
