EPM is one of the best lenders in the area . Their communication is excellent . They take time to explain the lending process thoroughly to their client. They strive to meet all dead lines . This is a lender I would definitely recommend to others.

Sam and his team were extremely helpful through all aspects of the loan process. Sam is great to work with and was always available to answer questions as needed and called us often to check in and give us updates on where we were in the process. When there was almost a delay on our closing due to an open permit on the sellers end, Sam was instrumental in getting everything needed to negotiate with the seller and to get our loan finalized, and we closed on time.
