Virginia is an excellent agent. She is patient, kind and very understanding. She was always looking at for a better on how to resolve some issues that had occurred during our experience. Although the process hectic at some point but I'm glad we had Virginia on our side , otherwise we would have gave up. Now we can't stop talk about about what we will do with our beautiful home haha.
